Our agency enforces a strict consumer complaint and dispute resolution procedure. A hard copy or an electronic copy of this procedure is readily available for perusal by consumers and can be obtained upon request.
In brief, both clients and customers of our service have the right to submit a complaint at their own discretion. Our agency will consider all complaints correctly submitted to our agency. The complaint with either be accepted, whether wholly or partly, or rejected.
Our agency complies with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008. Please refer to our agency's Code of Conduct regarding obtaining a copy of this regulation.
